LIFT Men. Dance. Life. and Black Warrior Dance return to the stage for another double header. Dontae Iverson, Michael Brown, and Rocket will be returning for the second LIFT along with three new choreographers Jarret Weathers, Kimoni, and Tyrees Williams. This season the LIFT choreographers will embrace the topic of spirituality. This year's theme is Elements of Spirituality, and each choreographer will explore the idea of spirituality through the lens of four natural elements that have appeared throughout ancient text like the Bible. Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. 

BLACK WARRIOR DANCE is rehearsing for its second performance ‘TIMELINES” a choreographic retrospective that will bring to the stage three of Founder/creative director Daryl L.
